What will you do as a Technical Support Engineer?

In this technical support role, you are the link between innovative technology and practical customer applications.
You help customers and engineers move from concept to working prototype.

Your responsibilities:

• Configure Embedded Linux environments for ARM-based modules and Single Board Computers (SBCs)

• Integrate displays, touchscreens, wireless modules, and I/O solutions

• Build and present Edge AI demo setups

• Technically evaluate returned products and analyze failures

• Advise customers on products, applications, and system solutions

• Support engineers during their development process

• Visit customers together with colleagues or suppliers

• Solve technical challenges on-site

• Represent the product portfolio at international trade fairs and events

• Follow training programs and stay up to date with new technologies

What do you bring?

We are looking for a technical specialist with a passion for electronics, embedded software, and customer interaction.

Must-haves:

• Experience with embedded systems

• Strong knowledge of Embedded Linux

• Experience with Linux distributions such as Ubuntu, Debian, or Yocto

• Knowledge of ARM processors such as NXP, Nvidia, TI, Rockchip, or MediaTek

• Experience with drivers, interfaces, and hardware integration

• Good command of the English language

• Strong communication skills

• Hands-on and solution-oriented mindset
  

Nice to have:

• Experience with Edge AI hardware and software

• Knowledge of Nvidia, Intel, Hailo, or Axelera

• German is a strong advantage

• Knowledge of Dutch or Chinese is a plus
